NOTES
After you request a booking we will make sure the property is available for the dates you have chosen.
If the dates are available you may be asked to pay a deposit to guarantee your booking.
Details of how to pay will be emailed to you.
Terms and Conditions:
We will require you to complete a booking form.
We will charge a £100 security bond, on top of the hire price, which we will refund in full, if the fixtures, fittings and effects are all found to be in good and fair order. The bond will be retained if the cottage is left excessively dirty or untidy. If damage occurs, which to make good exceeds the amount of the security bond, compensation for the full amount will be required.
All prices include heating, electricity, (Towels, bed linen are not provided.)
If there are any problems with the accommodation during your stay, please contact us immediately, on the number provided in the welcome folder and we will try our best to solve the problem.
The cottage will be available from 3 pm onwards on arrival. Departure time is by 10 am, to allow the necessary time to prepare the accommodation to a high standard for the next visitors.
The cottage is to be left in the same state of cleanliness and order in which it was found.
The number of persons using the cottage must not exceed the number stated on the booking form.
Whilst we have in force appropriate insurance for public liability, responsibility cannot be accepted for your personal effects.
